The email sent to the customer service department was never replied to. When I purchased a server that was meant to be capable of installing and loading the single mod I had loaded, it was unable to do so.

I had never run a server before. It was up and running as quickly as they claimed, and I was generating custom maps in no time. So simple. It's fantastic.

The pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is quite responsive. I began on the lowest tier server, but because it does not support mods, I will soon upgrade to the next tier.

The service was excellent. It's simple to set up and has a lot of customizing possibilities. It's also quite simple to cancel. There was never any downtime or latency.

So far, the server has been excellent with no difficulties. They are reasonably priced, and the server performs as promised. For some reason, I've never had to contact the staff.
