The computer was fine for the first six months, but support is a joke - third-party fixes that take advantage of customers and warranty loopholes are both bad. It's not something I'd suggest.

Poor service because they don't have their own warehouse and rely on a third party. All laptop orders are now over 3 weeks late, with no communication or updates! And its website still says 3-4 working days for delivery!!!

It's a loteasier to get from Asus directly than it is to order from businesses that claim to have stock but don't! The delivery was much faster than expected. Overall, I'm very happy.

Because I've always had a good experience with ASUS, I do have one issue with one of the products being broken, which I'll have to resolve, but I'm more than satisfied with my purchase and still deserve 5 stars because I'm confident they'll resolve my issue.
