I wish i could give 0 stars. Please do not work with this Company they make fake promises and all your hard earn money will gone. Me and my other 2 friends signed contract with Vova and Terik in March 23 and they promised and forced us that your store will be up and running in 4 weeks and you will start making money and all BS. Its been over 7 months and nothing has been happened. My friends accound got deactivated and we all 3 are in the hole of 30k each. We been trying to reach and contact them but nothing happening. I am planing to go leagelly please reach out to me if anyone has same issue and want to file complaint against this company or Vova tess.

Do not work with this company! I signed up about 10 months ago and have invested a little over $30,000, with absolutely none of this back or any earnings from it. I'm constantly told things will be happening, but nothing comes to fruition. At this point I'm just waiting until the year mark so I can take legal action to get my money back. Such a hassle - either this is a complete scam or the company is very poorly run. I don't hear back from my account managers for weeks at a time. Don't waste your time and energy!

Avoid at all costs. Their social ads have a good hook. The contract seems reasonable. You have to wire them the initial $5000-$6000 start up fees. That’s where the good news ends.
After 6 months, none of the TikTok channels, which is their primary channel, passed TikTok audit. You’re responsible for the ad buys. And with TikTok you can’t get refunded those ad dollars for suspended accounts. As a media and ad agency, aren’t supposed to know TikTok business manager best practices?
Furthermore, they break copyright laws and your Shopify store gets a strike. They literally steal images from other websites. Since you urn the Shopify, it’s a strike against you.
I put over $7800 in. No ad had been served, a sale made and a IP strike against the store was made.
Their team is unprofessional as well.

I am a real person! I started with them in May 2022. This is a SCAM. Please do not fall for it! I paid them ~$6k to start. They spent ~$2k in TikTok ads over that period. Guess how much money they made in sales? $160. THAT'S IT! They will not give me a refund. They moved me to another program--Facebook Marketplace. Within a week, my entire Facebook Marketplace account was banned. It's been banned for 11 days now. There's a chance I'll never get it back. These people are not intelligent. They make spelling mistakes, they use clashing colors. Online shoppers will be driven away from your page because spelling mistakes make things look scammy. I am so very upset about all this. Buyer beware! DO NOT DO IT. I am thinking of putting up a youtube video to show this because people need to know that this company is a scam. I waited longer than the 3 months. They just kept flushing my money. Horrible Horrible company! They can't even spell my name right. 100% incompetent humans here.
WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK. They really hurt me financially. Almost $10,000! GONE.

Although they will create a store page and run advertisements, their goal is not to make you money. Just a scam.

They took my cash. After four weeks, sales were barely noticeable while my marketing budget was four times higher than my sales. After my tenth unsuccessful product, I made the decision to give up. Avoid these people, and don't believe anyone who has been paid by them to assert that they have results.

I've been a client of VT Ad Agency, and I want to say that Tariq and Vova's team are fantastic. Whenever I contact them, they are always so helpful. Victor, my media buyer, is fantastic; he generated $1k in sales in the first two weeks of operation, and I am only anticipating future expansion of my store.

Without their tremendous support, I would not be where I am and would not have what I have. Anyone considering starting an online business or e-commerce venture should look no further than Jake, my media buyer.

Despite the fact that we have sales after a month, I find it to be a slow process. Nevertheless, I am aware that there are numerous moving parts and variables that must be established before they can actually begin to advertise. I only wish they could speed up the product testing procedure so we can grow more quickly.
