    I appreciate the range of WM puzzles. The parts fit together fairly nicely in general, but the past few puzzles I've purchased have been a little looser. It's a little looser than I'd prefer, especially for something so fresh. WM is still my go-to puzzle brand.

    I adore your puzzles; a friend gave me my first from you, and I promptly purchased a second. It's gorgeous, and I would have given it 5 stars if there wasn't anything printed on a portion of the puzzle that seems like a mistake, like an ink spill or something, but otherwise I adore it, the colours are lovely, and the pieces are good and durable! Thank you very much.

    The previous jigsaw I worked on, 'Autumn Cottage,' was a lovely and entertaining puzzle, but it would have been even better if there hadn't been a missing component. On the plus side, I'd like to point out that this firm provides excellent customer service and follows up on every order. I'd want to give it a 5-star rating, but there's a missing piece right in the middle of this lovely puzzle that prevents me from doing so.

    I adore WM puzzles! I have a TON! My only complaint is that I have gotten MULTIPLE puzzles with up to four missing parts (in the 1000 count). They were initially fantastic about replacing, but when I contact them again with the same problem, they seem rather critical. In one room, we work on puzzles. What am I going to do with all of these additional pieces????

    Made well, with great thick cur parts. We only gave it four stars because one of the puzzles was missing a piece. They asked for images of the puzzle, UPC, and so forth, which was acceptable. The email's tone made us feel like criminals.
