We requested painted boards but were given unpainted boards.
We requested painted boards but were given unpainted boards. We emailed them, and we received a response within a day. They informed me that they were no longer selling the painted boards and gave a reasonable refund, or we could have returned them. We saved them and painted them ourselves.
