If it weren't for the fact that The Vinyl sounded a little poor, I'd give them five stars. Nothing tragic, just a lot of background noise in between songs. I'm curious whether if you do a greater number than 100, if they take extra attention with it.

The service was excellent for the most part. Excellent communication and response time.
My only gripe is that several of the exterior Poly Bags were crumpled, crinkled, and ripped, but the albums itself (both artwork and LP record) were in perfect condition.
