Excellent service and prompt delivery. They had forgotten an item when I went to chat, but they quickly remedied it. It literally took less than a minute! I'd never had anything like that before. I'm not planning on going somewhere else.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. During the purchase and trade-in procedure, the support personnel was quite helpful. My only gripe is the length of time it required to evaluate my trade-in.
