I’ve been using Flexpro Meals since 2021 and have loved it for the most part. I’ve only run into issues recently after they redid their website. Now I’m unable to access my account and the website isn’t recognizing my email so I’m unable to make changes and select my meals. Hopefully this is resolved soon!

I’ve used 2 other meal prep services, but so far you guys give the best bang for buck. I love how simple it is to reheat the food, and it is all very good.

Product is a great value and convenient. I received a shipment completely thawed out and spoiled and Hope was very kind and gracious in replacing the damaged shipment with a new one and was also very helpful in updating my subscription. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Meals are delicious. Really well seasoned. And when I had a question, Hope was great at getting everything taken care of!

Overall, I like the majority of the meals and they have decent portion sizes. There were some issues with delivery but customer service has been very helpful, especially Luz on the team who was able to fix everything pretty quickly. I do wish the meals had some small descriptions of what exactly is in it like the other food delivery companies.

The costumer service representative Hope helped me on getting some information that I needed. The service in this company is great. Usually fix the issues very fast, and they takes care of the customer.

I have ordered from flex pro three times. Once for myself. Once for my son and his fiancé. And this last time for my other son. We all agree. The meals are delicious and convenient. And whenever I’ve had an issue. The customer service has been great!
