The meals are helpful for weight loss/maintenance and taste pretty good. They're small, but that's kind of the point. I love that the customer service can be handled through text, and they're pretty responsive. One experience with service agent Lourdes was really helpful in understanding why something occurred instead of just saying yes/no. The only complaint I have is that the meals are updated weekly, and for some reason I get meals I don't order, even when I log online to change them.

Started with flexpro meals and I've been happy with the meals. They are tasty and not overly salty or have too much saturated fats. Good selection of meals and treats to choose from if you're interested. Would recommend for someone who is trying to keep their portions down and lose weight. They add new meal selections every so often so you can try new meals.Their shipping boxes come with ice packs and even in the hot summer temperatures they stay cool. I have been a customer for a few months now and enjoy their meals.

This is the best meal service I have used, and I’ve tried a handful over the last several years. This is the best tasting food with more variety that other services. The customer service is great and they always make sure that everything is going smoothly. The prices are reasonable for what you get. They are not the cheapest, but they offer quality and the best bang for your buck. I plan to stick with FlexPro Meals for the foreseeable future, and I look forward to the new meals that they will introduce.
