Brian in CS was very helpful.
Ive been supplementing meal prep using flex pro for a while. The food definitely takes better if you dont go and freeze it, which I do. Theyre easy to work with once you figure out the right way to contact them, and the prices are reasonable.

The customer service Raquel was unlike any other, she was quick to message, quick to help, at a time where I was stressed because I didn’t know if I could get into my account. All in all Raquel is one of the best I’ve ever met.

I had decided to try out Flex Pro meals, as I was spending a lot of money on fast food and take out, and it seemed like a better alternative. After I had placed my order I decided I wanted to change some stuff with it. So I reached out to their support team and received help from Luz, they were able to help me with all the changes I had wanted, as well as helped clear up some questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

Jessica was quick to help me with questions around delivery and was very kind - the customer service experience that Flexpro provides is always above and beyond when things do not go to plan! Company meal pricing has gotten a little more expensive but meals are always delicious and macro friendly and the customer support team is the cherry on top.
