Fuze is an excellent firm.

Fuze is an excellent firm. Dealing with several Support Engineers was first frustrating, but we eventually discovered one that is fantastic. If you have any issues, please contact Xiao Mei.

Line continues to drop.

Line continues to drop. Calls are not received. There are always interruptions and cutbacks in the line. It is quite slow to load. While we're on the phone, she gives us updates.
