Good individuals, good analysis, and good feedback. My only issue is that SiteLock did not notify me of a few problems in recent weeks, and that some new software was introduced to SiteLock, but I was not reminded to activate these enhancements.

We were in need of visas and had sent them in a little late. We contacted Travel Visa Pro when we discovered we needed them sooner than expected, and they were able to improve our service, and we received our visas on time! They were, however, not inexpensive.

I gave it a 4 since things aren't always going well; either we can't hear him or he can't hear us, or the connection breaks down. Otherwise, I like it for the price, although I wish it was a little cheaper.

The room was fantastic. With new carpet and freshly painted walls, everything appeared to be new. The appliances are of the highest quality.

Overall, our time at Pono Kai Resort was fantastic. The only concern was that there were no linens on the pull-out sofa.
We needed to go out and purchase them. Apart from that, the resort was clean, well-located, and provided all of the services we required.

The facilities is fantastic. I was surprised to find that the unit lacked even basic necessities like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Most days, the Oasis is closed for food and drinks by the pool. Overall, it was not as nice as the first time we visited.
